Terms of Use

The session. H.I to A.I is a roughly 90-minute educational webinar presented by Rafiullah Baig on memory techniques, study skills, handwriting practice and AI-assisted preparation. It is intended mainly for Class 4 to 2nd PUC students and parents, while interested learners outside that range may attend.

Registration and cost. Registration is free. No payment card is required and there is no automatic paid enrolment. Registration closes at the published webinar start time. Please provide accurate contact information so we can deliver joining details. Optional future programmes, if offered, will have separate pricing and terms.

Family participation. Students are mandated to attend with both parents. Contact  +91 93539 07143 if your family needs assistance with this arrangement. Study answers and previous marks DO NOT determine eligibility.

Schedule and access. The confirmed date, time, language and joining instructions are provided on the website and by email & WhatsApp. Preview dates are available but we may need to reschedule or cancel because of technical problems or other circumstances; registered attendees will be informed using their contact details.

Supporting Your Child’s Learning Journey. Our webinar introduces practical approaches to understanding, memory, handwriting and exam preparation. Students and parents can explore these methods together and build on them through regular practice. Progress is individual and develops with application and support; no particular score or result is promised. Grapho-therapy is presented as the speaker’s educational approach, rather than a medical service.

Resources and reference values. Only specifically confirmed resources are included. Resource titles, delivery arrangements and availability will be communicated when finalised. Any stated reference value is the presenter's estimate unless expressly identified otherwise; it is not necessarily a previous selling price. Registration remains ₹0.

Respectful participation. Do not harass others, share inappropriate material, disrupt the session or redistribute private joining links. We may restrict access for disruptive or unlawful conduct.

Intellectual property. Webinar materials remain the property of their respective owners. Resources supplied for personal learning may not be sold, republished or commercially redistributed without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Recordings and testimonials. A recording is not promised. If a session will be recorded, participants will be informed if any would be given in future.

Third-party services. Access may rely on internet connectivity and services such as Zoom, email and WhatsApp. Their separate terms may apply. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to external platforms, but will provide reasonable event support.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how registration information is used and how to contact us about it.

Responsibility and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Indian law governs the service, subject to mandatory protections and legally available complaint or dispute routes. No unconfirmed court jurisdiction is specified.
